We welcome Emerson Grace Cole to the Fellowship!
Scott and Tracy's beautiful daughter entered the
world at 5:01 pm Tuesday, May 8, 2007. She weighed
in at 8 lbs, 3 oz and was 20 inches long. |
 |
Dr. Mike Lewis, Lead Pastor, preaches at
Fellowship of the Valley. Worship at FV is rich,
welcoming, and Christ-centered. The title of our
current sermon series is "Beyond Belief." We
invite you to join us for worship, Sundays at
10:15 am. |
 |
On a gorgeous autumn day, a steady stream of
smiling people came to buy fresh produce at the
Ross Bridge Farmers Market. Pictured, left to
right, are FV volunteers Ivy Ren, Melissa Butler,
Mike Lewis, Tracy Cole, Katherine Cole, and Andrea
Woolley. Scott and Doug Cole (not pictured) also
helped. The purpose of our booth was to meet our
neighbors and invite them to FV. |
 |
Nancy Hood has been around FOTV from almost the
beginning. She is always inviting folks to check
us out. Nancy is a veterinarian assistant, a proud
grandmother, and loves music and Native American
culture. She is another person who adds vitality
and diversity to our growing faith community. |
 |
It may sound trite, but Fellowship of the Valley
is just plain fun. Don’t believe us? Just
ask Jonah Derrick. Jonah is the child of covenant
participants John and Amy Derrick. John, Amy,
Jonah and his brother Toby live in Deer Valley.
They get to walk to worship. How cool is that?! |
 |
FOTV values children as an integral part of our
community of faith. Here we find Riley
Henneke and KJ Rogers. They are children of
covenant participants at FOTV. Riley is the
daughter of Joel and Leigh Ann Henneke and KJ is
the grandson of Nancy Hood. |
 |
Andrea Woolley is one of the talented folks at
FOTV. Andrea and her violin have graced FOTV
worship during our All Saint’s Observance and our
Ash Wednesday Worship. Andrea is a student at
Beeson
Divinity
School
with a heart for missions and her community of
faith. |
 |
Dr. Michial Lewis (left) and Rev. Scott D. Cole
are ministers to Fellowship of the Valley.
They love coffee, good restaurants, college
football (though they differ in their allegiances)
and great conversations. They really don’t
like suits and ties, but hey, it looked good for
the picture!

Courtney is the grand daughter of Covenant
Participants Jim and Inez Deavers. Courtney is in
the 1st grade at North Highland Elementary School
in Hueytown and loves gymnastics. She won her
recent gymnastics meet. |
 |
Maria Byrd and her daughter Deja enjoy lunch with
Tracy and Scott Cole at Lori Hill's house on
Sunday, August 29, 2004. |
 |
Meet Joel and Leigh Ann Henneke and Riley!
Leigh Ann is a counselor at McAdory Middle School,
and Joel is an assistant teacher at Hueytown High
School. |
